Job Summary:
Do you have an 'eagle eye' or better yet, a 'CityHawk eye'? If yes, then you are perfect for becoming a Certified Test Administrator to help test takers get started on their new beginning!
The CCD Testing Center provides test management services to CCD internally by supporting new students with admissions, course placement and alternative credit options. Additionally, the center directly supports Denver’s workforce community for professional credentials from GED, GRE, workforce skills or specific job related certifications, and CCD academic testing. We also provide Momentum Credit services to CCD students. With Momentum Credit, students will be seeking information about how to reduce the time to earn their degree through the knowledge they already bring with them to CCD.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Create a positive test environment, greet and thank test takers
• General Office Work: Ensure test candidate check-in/check-out, test completion, appointment scheduling in RegisterBlast and complete official testing forms
• Teamwork: Work effectively and efficiently within your role and with other team members
• Earn and maintain annual proctor certifications
• Monitor testing rooms using security cameras
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Flexible to work in a team atmosphere with constant interruptions
• Strong attention to detail
• Posses some experience with MS Office and learn basic computer troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats
• Interest in working in a positive, supportive, and very diverse workplace
• A minimum qualification of a high-school diploma or high-school equivalence (GED).
Competencies/KSAs:
Answering phones, greeting students, anticipating student needs during a check-in process, kindly asking for items needed (such as ID), breaking down complex processes into smaller steps. Asking questions to help get to the heart of the student's need.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, willingness to learn new processes and procedures, awareness of basic office equipment such as phone, copier, and computers. Dependable. Willingness to speak to new people.
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, and be financial aid eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
General Office Experience, customer service experience in a call center or office. Comfortable with enacting check-in processes - have you worked in hospitality, a local gym, or daycare? They all have check-in processes that you have learned, navigated, and guided people through. Awareness of Academic programs offered at CCD.
