Responsibilities

Team Overview TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation. - Build and optimize an hourly-level monitoring system for 3PL production performance, enabling real-time visibility of operational progress and rapid identification of risks and bottlenecks across FCs.

- Develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks (e.g., Missing, Damage, Wrong orders), perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.

- Leverage historical data to identify network-level risks and develop readiness plans for peak seasons (e.g., BFCM), ensuring SLA achievement.

- Participate in SOP design for new processes and system launches, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities across FCs.

- Support the development of the Control Tower system by designing proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, and SLA dimensions.

- Provide daily/weekly reporting and data insights for regional operations, including daily standups and exception reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline - Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python), with experience in BI tools

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse management - Familiar with WMS systems and warehouse workflows

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $115200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
