As a Finance Data Analyst at OlyBet, you will be a member of the Group Finance team, responsible for owning the analysis, validation, and reporting of financial and operational data related to third-party products and platform providers. You will lead the development of finance reporting solutions, support business stakeholders with data-driven insights, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of financial data processing.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial planning and analysis, together with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn the business in depth.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both non-technical and technical audiences.
Own analysis, control and validation of financial and operational data related to products and platform providers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across reporting.
Design, implement, and maintain reporting views to support business controlling and month-end closing processes, taking the lead in projects aimed at developing new reporting solutions.
Monitor, analyze and report on financial performance, providing clear insights to support business and finance stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, reconciliation, and controlling processes, translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
Collaborate with local and Group teams of Accounting and Finance, Data Warehouse, Product and others to ensure efficient data processing, reconciliation and reporting.
Act as a key point of contact for finance data topics related to providers, supporting standardization, documentation, and best practices.
