Job description

Senior HR Data Analytics Leader

Aras is a leader in product lifecycle management (PLM) and digital thread solutions. As one of the fastest growing PLM companies, our technology enables the rapid delivery of flexible solutions built on a powerful digital thread backbone and a low-code development platform.

Our platform and PLM applications connect users in all disciplines to critical product data and processes across the lifecycle and throughout the extended supply chain. The world's largest manufacturers are leveraging Aras Innovator to manage their complex product lifecycles to improve production timelines, meet and exceed revenue growth targets, and accelerate innovation. We collaborate with companies in some of the most innovative industries, including automotive, industrial/heavy equipment, aerospace and defense, and high-tech electronics.

Position Summary

As a Senior HR Data Analytics Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enabling business and talent strategy through advanced, data-driven insights. You will lead analytical efforts that translate complex HR and workforce data into actionable recommendations, empowering stakeholders to make informed, strategic decisions that support organizational growth. Your expertise will drive innovation in analytics, foster a data-driven culture, and enhance HR's impact across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance Workforce & HR Analytics:
    • Drive proactive workforce and talent analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights across core talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning to inform HR and enterprise strategy.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business units to understand priorities and align analytics to strategic objectives. Establish scalable processes for intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics requests, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and integrated into planning and decision-making.
  • Innovate Through Advanced Analytics & AI:
    • Lead the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover insights and support predictive and prescriptive decision-making. Clearly articulate the value, impact, and limitations of advanced analytical approaches to stakeholders.
  • Establish and Monitor Metrics:
    • Provide subject matter expertise to increase HR capabilities in data analytics. Develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and standardized reports for HR programs and business priorities. Monitor and analyze data to measure the success of HR initiatives and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark and Improve:
    • Benchmark industry standards for data and analytics, and identify opportunities for program and process improvement to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Data Science, Finance or a related field.
  • Over 7 years' experience as an analyst or in a similar role within a global company
  • Deep expertise in advanced data analysis, data mining, and analytical techniques; experience with large datasets.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and create meaningful reports that drive decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of business process development, documentation, and implementation.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP), SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, and other data management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple levels and functions.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges in a dynamic workplace.
