Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team.

Essential Functions Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents fryers flattop range steamers ovens refrigerators coolers and storage areas.
  • Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
  • Wash pots and pans as needed.
  • Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
  • Dispose of garbage appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Position Requirements

Education : High School Diploma / GED

Licenses / Certifications : ServSafe certification if required

Experience : None required; 1 years of dining services experience preferred
