Job description
The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past two years of being under Servedwell Hospitality’s ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success. Although we are right on the water, we are a year-round establishment that provides promotional events in all seasons. We are known for our high-quality creative dishes, paired with excellent service, in a one-of-a-kind location.
The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past two years of being under Servedwell Hospitality’s ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success. Although we are right on the water, we are a year-round establishment that provides promotional events in all seasons. On average our servers make $250+ a dinner shift. We are known for our high-quality creative dishes, paired with excellent service, in a one-of-a-kind location.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Understand our guest obsessed culture and come into every shift willing to do whatever it takes to create a memorable and positive guest experience.
- Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all questions menu, service and history related.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each seat regularly and anticipating guest needs.
- Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues plus one to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Be organized and maintain a clean area.
