Position Overview

Do you have B2B sales experience? Are you topped out? Would you like a recession proof career? How would you like to be compensated for your efforts? Are you a self-starter? Does being on a winning team excite you? Is it your passion to take great care of customers and do what's right for them? If you answered yes to these questions, we have a Sales / Customer Care Representative position for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to new prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Take great care of the client from beginning to end with every interaction.
  • Add value by getting to know the client, understanding their needs and goals, and solving their problems with our insurance products.
  • Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Be a self-starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision.
  • Look for other sales opportunities and set appointments for self or teammates.

    • Requirements :

    2-3 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Must be able to contact and reach new clients through phone, email, text, or in person.
  • Competitive, self-starter with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Must fully understand State Farm's current systems and processes.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
