About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. In this position, you will develop and refine CNC programs that drive high‑precision machining of complex components. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and contributing to a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, adjust, and enhance CNC programs for multiple machining platforms using modern CAD / CAM tools.
  • Build efficient toolpaths, workholding setups, and machining strategies that improve throughput and accuracy.
  • Perform dimensional checks on machined parts using standard inspection equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to produce accurate and reliable CNC instructions.
  • Partner with engineers, machinists, and production staff to refine machining processes and remove inefficiencies.
  • Document programming changes, tooling updates, and setup details with accuracy.
  • Diagnose programming or machining issues to keep production running smoothly.
  • Compare internal manufacturing plans to customer and project requirements.

Required Experience

  • At least 4 years working in a manufacturing setting.
  • 2+ years of CNC programming preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and metal‑cutting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and technical documentation in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Mastercam, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
  • Ability to adapt to various communication styles and collaborate in a team environment.
