CNC Programmer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. In this position, you will develop and refine CNC programs that drive high‑precision machining of complex components. What You’ll Do

• Create, adjust, and enhance CNC programs for multiple machining platforms using modern CAD / CAM tools.
• Build efficient toolpaths, workholding setups, and machining strategies that improve throughput and accuracy.
• Perform dimensional checks on machined parts using standard inspection equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to produce accurate and reliable CNC instructions.
• Partner with engineers, machinists, and production staff to refine machining processes and remove inefficiencies.
• Document programming changes, tooling updates, and setup details with accuracy.
• Diagnose programming or machining issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Compare internal manufacturing plans to customer and project requirements.
