CNC Programmer About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. In this position, you will develop and refine CNC programs that drive high‑precision machining of complex components. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and contributing to a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Create, adjust, and enhance CNC programs for multiple machining platforms using modern CAD / CAM tools.
- Build efficient toolpaths, workholding setups, and machining strategies that improve throughput and accuracy.
- Perform dimensional checks on machined parts using standard inspection equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to produce accurate and reliable CNC instructions.
- Partner with engineers, machinists, and production staff to refine machining processes and remove inefficiencies.
- Document programming changes, tooling updates, and setup details with accuracy.
- Diagnose programming or machining issues to keep production running smoothly.
- Compare internal manufacturing plans to customer and project requirements.
