  • Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, utility layouts, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Valid driver’s license for site visits and project-related travel.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary with opportunities for performance-based growth.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) with profit sharing to secure your future.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance plans.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Career Growth: Potential for advancement in a supportive, mentorship-focused culture.
  • Diverse Projects: Exposure to a wide range of projects, enhancing your skills and experience.
  • Supportive Environment: A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
