Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1-2 years of structural engineering experience. Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. Technical proficiency with Mathcad, Bluebeam, and Autodesk products (Revit / AutoCAD). Design experience and residential structural experience preferred, but not required. Location : Centennial, CO (Hybrid) Hours : Full-time, mix of in-office, remote, and field Compensation : $60,000 - $80,000 Benefits : medical, dental, 401K match, development assistance, discretionary bonus Sponsorship : Sponsorship not available. About This Role
As a Structural Engineer you will :
- Design and analyze structural systems for diverse projects - from residential renovations to small commercial builds, working on short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Spend 20-40% of your time in the field conducting structural inspections, foundation assessments, and forensic evaluations.
- Collaborate & communicate directly with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet tight deadlines.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with building codes.
