Are you an engineer who loves solving complex, real-world problems directly with customers? Do you want to work hands-on building the agentic infrastructure that powers the trillion-dollar heavy machinery industry, whilst continuing to develop both your technical and product-ownership skillsets?
This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth AI startup at the heart of the industrial commerce ecosystem. Founded in 2025 and backed by YCombinator, the team is building an AI-native engine that allows equipment dealers and rental companies to automate their entire workflow, from 24/7 voice-agent lead intake to real-time fleet intelligence and CRM automation. they're off to a very strong start, working with top-tier OEM dealers for brands like CAT, John Deere, and Bobcat.
They are are looking for their first Founding Engineer: someone who thrives at the intersection of systems architecture, rapid product iteration, and real-world impact. You'll work closely with founders and customers to design, build, and deploy the platform while shaping the company's technical foundation from the ground up.
You'll report directly to the CTO and operate as a key technical owner, ensuring sub-second latency for voice agents, architecting multi-tenant infra, and building deep enterprise integrations. Expect total technical ownership, direct customer-facing influence, and the chance to build the foundation of a company redefining how the physical world operates.
