Paradigm Ironworks (Riverside, CA) is hiring an Estimating Coordinator (Trainable) to support structural steel estimating. This is a growth-track role for someone organized, accurate, and dependable. We work off checklists and deadlines — follow-through matters.


What you’ll do:

• Organize bid files: plans/specs/addenda and keep folders clean
  
  
• Perform takeoffs in Bluebeam (we can train the right person)
  
  
• Build a scope checklist: what’s included, what needs clarification, what’s missing
  
  
• Help assemble proposals: scope bullets, exclusions, assumptions, alternates
  
  
• Track RFIs/clarifications and bid due dates
  
  
• Maintain the bid log and follow-up list
  
  
• Support the estimator with vendor pricing requests and quote tracking
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with deadlines
  
  
• Excel skills (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
  
  
• Bluebeam experience is a plus (or willingness to learn fast)
  
  
• Reliable attendance and on-time start
  
  

Work standards:
