Your Impact:

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning by managing day-to-day operations across our Somerville campuses, ensuring smooth building operations and rapid response to facilities needs.

Reports to: Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning
Location: On-site position based in Somerville, MA

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all daily facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance across Somerville campuses.
  • Serve as primary emergency contact for Sommerville facilities.
  • Triage incoming requests by urgency and implement or delegate solutions that are practical and cost effective.
  • Coordinate directly with local vendors (HVAC, electrical, access control, etc.) to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements.
