Comment réussir

  • Soutien à la production – Mener des enquêtes et définir les problèmes opérationnels; en établir l’ordre de priorité selon la gravité, les risques ou les besoins stratégiques de l’entreprise. Gérer les registres de problèmes et les demandes du centre de contact. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions afin de prévenir les problèmes récurrents et, au bout du compte, de veiller à la satisfaction des clients.

  • Partenariat – Maintenir une communication régulière avec les partenaires d’affaires, les partenaires technologiques, l’équipe de la haute direction et les clients internes et externes. Promouvoir et soutenir les concepts, les produits et les services du domaine de soutien des canaux.

  • Mise en œuvre de projets – Agir à titre de spécialiste du domaine lors de l’évaluation des répercussions des changements prévus aux systèmes et des projets, en veillant au respect des normes pertinentes de l’organisation (exploitation, continuité des affaires, sécurité, conformité et protection des renseignements personnels); établir et maintenir des relations productives avec des équipes, y compris Technologie, Contrôle de la qualité et l’équipe du projet.
