Job description

Direct Support Professional II

Salary Range $20.50 - $24.50/awake hours (see below for range details); $17.50/asleep hours

Schedule: Sunday 5p-11p, Friday 2p-9p, Saturday 9a-5p; Mandatory staff meeting every 3rd Thursday of the month from 9a-11a.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at nonFranklin Street programs on Martha's Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
  • Active US driver's license issued from your state of residence
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
