  • Configure courses, learning plans, curricula, certifications, enrollment rules, prerequisites, and other LMS functionality in accordance with organizational and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed of LMS upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality and support implementation as appropriate.

Content & Learning Management

  • Convert recorded training content into appropriate e-learning formats, including SCORM, and upload content into the LMS in accordance with Continuing Education and Training Guidelines.
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to publish, update, and maintain learning content.
  • Maintain an accurate, current, and well-organized course catalog.

Compliance & Training Records

  • Track and support regulatory, accreditation, compliance, and organizational training requirements through the LMS.
  • Maintain accurate, reliable, and organized employee training records and data.
  • Monitor course completion and compliance records and communicate concerns or trends to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Generate compliance data and create analytics dashboards using LMS reporting capabilities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create, maintain, and distribute standard and customized LMS reports.
  • Monitor learner enrollment, course completion, compliance, attendance, participation, and overall training activity.
  • Develop recurring reports and automated reporting processes when available within the LMS.

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert and primary point of contact for LMS-related questions and support requests.
  • Train employees and other users on LMS functionality and processes as needed.
  • Provide staff training and other support to the Training Department as assigned.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the position and organizational needs.

If you are a detail-oriented technology professional who enjoys improving systems, supporting users, and making a meaningful impact through learning and development, we encourage you to apply.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Management, or a related field required. Two to four years of experience administering an LMS, HR technology system, human resources solution, or related technology platform required. A combination of higher education and relevant experience providing equivalent knowledge and skills may be considered. All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
