Job Title : Accounts Payable Administrator
Location : Portland, Oregon
Hours : 7 : 30-4, Monday - Friday, onsite
Compensation : $20-25 per hour
We are seeking an Office Assistant with Accounts Payable experience to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of bookkeeping or AP experience who enjoys a mix of administrative responsibilities and hands-on financial tasks. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative group where your contributions make an immediate impact.
In this role, you will :
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized financial records and support general bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with reconciliations, coding, and AP data entry
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
