Position Overview
Supports load coordination, freight routing, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Springfield candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipments
Track and update operational documentation
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Springfield candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
