Review business requirements with the technology team to ensure a shared understanding of the project requirements.-Coordinate and provide estimates for large projects and complete estimates for assigned components on assigned projects, inclusive of timelines and project phases.-Serve as subject matter expert to consult and advise on how applications can be impacted by enterprise-wide initiatives, like an acquisition or major change in products/services provided to customers.-Work with the vendor and technical team to gain a thorough understanding of project functionality and provide insight on implementation.-Serve as Test Coordinator for large project initiatives involving multiple applications.-Participate in and document data mapping for integration of systems, conversion, and acquisition-related projects to understand how applications need to change or be impacted by enterprise-wide initiatives, like regulatory requirements, other system enhancements, or business initiatives.-Work with other testing teams, when applicable, to prepare test plans and scripts based on functional specifications and manage or execute test cases, verifying that changes and enhancements work and perform as needed.-Serve as functional lead with other project team members on other systems that impact the project.-Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure the project stays within scope, meets regulatory requirements, and adheres to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards.-Ensure the Bank processes and documentation are followed to ensure adherence to Corporate Technology standards and regulatory requirements.-Ensure change requests are consistently documented, reviewed, and resolved to ensure the application is working to support products/services required by the line of business.-Ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues arising from testing or implementation to ensure expected performance.-Ensure issues, incidents, and questions are documented, reported, and resolved as required.-Coordinate and manage post implementation by getting feedback, resolving any issues, and completing a debrief, including actual to plan for timeline and financials.-Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.-Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.-Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client Bank brand.-Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.-Prepare well-documented functional specifications for assigned projects, test plans, test scripts, and execution of test scripts.-Perform research and analysis of complex data to ensure functional designs are accurate and aligned with business needs.-Act as a consultative and authoritative source of knowledge regarding how the business operates within the assigned line of responsibility.-Assist in solution design by defining how it should work, enabling engineering teams to design how it will be built.-Partner closely with Product Owners and Agile team members to support business and technical discovery, story refinement, acceptance criteria, data mapping, interfaces, and overall solution definition.-Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes as applicable.-Meet with business clients to discuss requested application changes related to enterprise initiatives, regulatory/compliance needs, contractual obligations, and business-as-usual enhancements, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements.-Participate in design discussions and ensure delivery of complete and accurate functional specifications.-Review business requirements with technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment with project goals.-Coordinate and provide estimates for complex projects, including timelines and project phases.-Serve as a subject matter expert advising on application impacts related to enterprise-wide initiatives such as acquisitions or major product and service changes.-Serve as Functional Testing Lead and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator: Design, prepare, build, and execute test plans and scripts.-Coordinate with engineering teams on unit, integration, and functional testing.-Ensure documentation, evidence, traceability, compliance, and audit readiness.-Assist in coordinating successful production implementations, including implementation.-Complete other related duties as assigned. What You'll Bring:-High School Diploma or GED-Minimum of 6+ years of experience in operational/business analytics.- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Design, preparing, building, documenting, and executing test plans as Functional &UAT test Lead, defect management.- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Agile, Jira & Confluence Mgt, Sprint Planning, Story Refinement, Procedure&Process documentation management.- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in System & user incident support, triage, coordinate w/tech, business, and vendors.
