Job Summary
Acts as a compensation consultant to leadership positions and Administration.
Conducts job market research, analysis and develops recommendations in order to maintain NRHS in a competitive position within the job market.
Reviews and approves job profiles, initial and annual competency forms.
Reviews employees pay structures.
Provides guidance to Human Resources Specialist and Assistants.
Maintains Workday information.
Works on special projects that require research, analysis and recommendations with cost implications.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills preferred
The ability to work independently or collaboratively preferred
Proficient in ExcelMS Excel Expert or LinkedIn Excel Skill Assessment Badge preferred
Prior experience with Workday systems preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS, Human Resources, or other related field is preferred
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources; or three (3) years professional experience in an analyst role, e.g., Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Systems Analyst, Decision Support Analyst, etc., is required
