Schedule:

• M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Rate: $34.00 per hr.

DOE Location:

• Onsite Mon-Fri /Boise, ID Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage cost control and financial execution for Facilities construction projects within SAP and related systems.
• Reconcile contractor labor, purchase orders, and invoices from requisition through final payment.
• Act as key liaison for internal partners and external vendors on procurement, invoicing, and payment issues.
• Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau reporting for performance metrics, workload visibility, and SLA tracking.
• Develop recurring metrics to monitor timeliness, issue aging, and coverage effectiveness.
• Document and standardize processes and training materials; support and mentor junior analysts as needed.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, provide cross‑workstream backup, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field; experience supporting cost control, purchasing, or project accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and metrics driven reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in large enterprise, regulated, or facilities/construction financial environments preferred.

Preferences:

• Experience working in a large enterprise or regulated environment.
• Background supporting facilities, construction, or capital project financials.
• Comfortable operating as a contractor embedded within a client team.
• Experience contributing to metrics‑driven performance management.

Physical Effort/Activities:

• On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate.
• On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, it may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
