  • Collaborate with senior agency leadership, including government employees and contractors to define and document the TRA framework, ensuring alignment with agency goals and federal standards.
  • Define and model Design Patterns for reuse within Solution architectures
  • Establish and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines for the TRA process, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and security baselines (e.g., NIST, SCuBA, TRA standards)
  • Work closely with system owners, architects, and technical teams to ensure all current and new systems adhere to the approved TRA standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and security teams to ensure the TRA process supports both operational and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of the TRA to incorporate emerging technologies, evolving security requirements, and agency priorities.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams during the development, transition, and maintenance of systems interacting with the agency’s processing environments.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to educate stakeholders on the TRA process and its importance.
  • Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of the TRA process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TRA-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
