Role and Accountabilities:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions that streamline and automate our clients' S2P workflows.
- This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and a solid understanding of procurement, contract management, vendor management, and accounts payable processes.
- The Technical Consultant will work directly with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end.
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules specifically tailored for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- This includes but is not limited to: Developing and configuring workflows, catalog items, record producers, and forms for requisitioning, purchase orders, and RFx processes.
- Implementing Contract Life Management (CLM) functionalities, including contract creation, approvals, and renewals.
- Configuring Vendor/Supplier Management portals and processes.
- Building capabilities for invoice processing, matching, and accounts payable automation.
- Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP like SAP, Oracle, Workday, financial systems, third-party procurement platforms) using various integration technologies (REST API, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
- Write and debug advanced JavaScript, GlideRecord, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and other scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with clients and business analysts to understand their S2P business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications.
- Propose and present technical solutions that align with client needs, best practices, and the ServiceNow product roadmap.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Assist in the deployment of developed solutions to various environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Enable Sourcing and Procurement Operations plugins as required.
- Configure OOB Source to Pay Workspace and end to end sourcing fulfillment workflows and procurement fulfillment workflows.
- Configure Shopping Hub and configure catalog
