Job Description

Working closely with the Product Owner, IT Domain Teams, the business, the Technical Engineer will assist in all internal support function roles to sustain the Fraud and AML Risk Management applications and tools under the Risk, Legal, and Compliance with the goal of keeping them viable as needed to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Assist with efforts to support FCRM operations with enhancements and bug fixes and conforms with industry standards and complies with Information Technology and InfoSec requirements around securitization of PII and confidential information maintained in these platforms.
Assist with development of SRSS reports within the FCRM Data Mart including the required efforts to update any ETL jobs to ensure that the data remains in sync with the current FCRM PROD environment and any other data that product or would require for reporting.
Work closely with the Fraud Factory to engage with BSA/AML teams to identify customer fields not currently available in the Premier to FCRM Mapper to devise and develop an automated solution that extracts key data in Premier and inserts into FCRM via custom scripts that can set up on a job scheduler and can be adjusted as needed.
Elicit and capture the technical requirements for FCRM enhancements, integrations and implementations from internal stakeholders including extractions of additional data from Fiserv Premier, Q2, Payments Exchange, MANTL, Cenlar, and Wholesale Intelligence applications and platforms to assist with regulatory requirements for transaction monitoring, OFAC and Watchlist scanning, Customer Risk Rating, and overall Fraud and AML risk mitigation.
Work with domain team on functional and technical components of the implementation project including product configuration, interfaces, installation, and testing, placing a priority on the use of API's to relay information and decisions that drive actions across divergent systems to reduce manual processes and touchpoints between divergent teams that impact the Fraud and AML operational processes.
Working with internal partners within the domain and the Product Owner by providing technical and data engineering perspective on 3rd party data integration into FCRM, Zodiac, and/or Hunter (Experian), including potential automation of data from Point-Predictive, Sentilink, TransUnion, LexisNexis, Carfax, NICB, Q2, Plaid, and other industry add-on tools where possible.
Working with the Product Owner, serve as an advisor from a technical and data engineering perspective on the onboarding of all new tenants (new OEM's) or products (Income Driver) into FCRM and/or other case management systems as needed in support of the continued expansion of Private Label Growth (PLG) initiatives.
Convey general information to the domain concerning platform compatibility and other technical standards of the solution.
Advanced expertise in MS SQL to facilitate the implementation of diverse solutions while ensuring the integrity of the core codebase remains unaffected.
Extensive experience with FCRM especially the ability to configure workflows and covert specifications into scenarios. Real time scenario configuration experience would be beneficial.
Extensive experience in developing and designing Power BI reports.
Extensive experience in developing and designing PowerShell scripts.
Ensure compliance of Fraud and BSA/AML technology with enterprise infrastructure policy, procedures and industry best practices, including but not limited to SOX Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Control M functions, etc.
Ability to assist with all installations/upgrades of Fraud and AML solutions that may impact FCRM or other case management systems and tools, as required, including configurations.
Conduct internal technical training as needed to support AML and Fraud applications to keep them viable and sustainable within the domain structure.
Create and maintain installation and training documentation as needed.
Identify, investigate and resolve technical problems given the established severity level and work in conjunction within the domain and appropriate partners across the organization to resolve technical roadblocks.
Determine technical and business impact analysis of specific customizations. Work with internal development teams as needed to come up with customization deemed appropriate to address specific risks associated with business model.
Advise Infosec on security matters, performance considerations, and overall integration into the IT infrastructure.
Document all pertinent installation information related to AML & Fraud implementations. Work closely with the domain to provide input and receive continual training.
Provide input to business management for resource utilization, process optimization, staffing needs, and management planning activities.
Working closely with partners in Credit Risk and the Fraud Data to assist in business analysis and recommendations to Product Owner for fraud prevention, detection, and investigation workflow and operational processes.

Supported partners in the domain and information security to identify gaps in the current AML and Fraud environments. Assist in positioning the proper products, rules, and tools to meet the risk mitigation goals of the business.
Assist as needed to support model governance and to calibrate AML/Risk scenarios and improve regulatory reporting processes.
Work with business to streamline, simplify, and calibrate operational processes that improve fraud prevention strategy while reducing false positives and identifying more opportunities to reduce fraud losses.
