Technical program manager [h1.location_city]

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
• Communicate the work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
• Ensure execution and delivery meet the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline and cost
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery - e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management / risk management / impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Promote / facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather / facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks / issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor / stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning for delivery / execution
