Requirements :
An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field plus 5-8 years industry experience in technical program management, network engineering, or software development is required
Understanding of DWDM / optical network systems, fiber infrastructure, and optical transport networks a plus
Good track record of working effectively across different groups in the organization
A record of successful delivery of technical programs from conception through deployment
Ability to work with engineering teams to drive deployment of network infrastructure programs
Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to get things done
Excellent written and oral communication
Should be familiar with network operations and automation scripting (Python / Bash)
Experience coordinating on-ground work execution, scheduling field activities, and managing hardware / device delivery timelines
Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources for network deployments
Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills across multiple teams and leadership levels
