A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to support and lead initiatives across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex IT programs while enhancing PMO governance and operational frameworks

Collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Oversee vendor management and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to achieve project objectives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing complex technical programs within an IT organization

Experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure, or IT operations

Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, and hybrid delivery models
