The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills.It combines impactful roles with program curriculum to ready program graduates to be the future pipeline for crucial business roles. The program allows you to rotate through three one-year rotations to develop your skillset and find your passions.Potential rotations include Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, Product Development and others.To supplement the rotations, participants go through technical, business, and leadership trainings taught by subject matter experts.
