Duties
- You will develop Deploying Group Systems Integration Testing (DGSIT) presentations and reports and participate in executive decision making by providing intuitive insight and analysis.
- You will assess efficiencies of DGSIT internal processes across all teams that are linked to operational and system support functions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the DGSIT program and associated processes.
- You will apply fact finding and investigative techniques to accurately define, depict, and document DGSIT findings during MIT and FIT phases.
- You will ensure information is available to Navy and Marine Corps activities for datamining, system field forecasting, and carry forward of lessons learned.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience supporting all facets of Deploying Group Systems Integration Testing Atlantic (DGSIT LANT) program coordination but not limited to planning, executing, and managing technical efforts supporting the integration and interoperability testing of C5I installations associated with Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs) assigned to an Amphibious Ready Group (ARG).
- Experience assisting in the development of DGSIT program milestones and program documentation for all phases of the program. Identifies and coordinates programmatic issues with all agencies associated with DGSIT activities.
- Experience coordinating and conducting Planning Definition Survey (PDS) phase of DGSIT program on deploying Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEFs), Marine Expeditionary Brigades (MEBs), and MEUs and their integration on amphibious units.
- Experience reviewing/confirming individual USMC and hull-unique C5I installations and configurations to ensure applicable Subject Matter Expert (SME) support is provided during Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Integration Testing (MIT) and Final Integration Testing (FIT) phases.
- Experience defining testing requirements, based on scope of C5I/IW system coverage and configuration.
- Experience leading MEF, MEB, and MEU C5I interoperability test teams during MIT and FIT phases.
- Experience assisting team development of up to 70 GS-12/13 personnel in an aggregated 3 ship or greater underway testing environment.
- Experience supervising and directing test teams of up to 18 personnel during underway C5I testing.
