RBT Student Analyst (ABA Therapy Program Manager)

ABOUT BIG

BIG delivers quality ABA therapy through person-centered programs that are accessible, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming. We empower our clients to be their authentic selves and we support the clinicians who serve them with the same care and intention.

Our services span direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver-mediated and caregiver-led models, social skills groups, and individualized self-monitoring programs across home, school, community, and telehealth settings.

THE ROLE

As a Student Analyst at BIG, you'll contribute meaningfully to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. You'll work under experienced BCBAs in a structured mentorship environment that bridges theory and clinical practice — without sacrificing the quality of care our clients deserve.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. Scheduling is designed to accommodate graduate academic commitments while meeting client needs across in-person and telehealth settings.
