Location(s): San francisco, CA.


Summary:

  • Experienced Technical Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale technical initiatives from inception through delivery.
  • Adept at driving cross-functional alignment, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful execution across multiple agile teams.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, risk management, resource coordination, and quality assurance.
  • Skilled in applying agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency, remove impediments, and facilitate continuous integration and delivery. Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Extensive experience leading complex technical programs end-to-end and delivering high-impact projects on a scale.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven record of guiding cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Advanced risk management skills, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Proficient in resource coordination, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient team support.
  • Experience overseeing project quality standards through disciplined testing and validation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in program management frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Skilled in generating and maintaining accurate project forecasts within PM systems, including monitoring actual and resource requirements.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including evaluation, selection, and performance oversight.
  • Ability to lead quarterly planning activities, aligning teams on strategic initiatives, dependencies, and capacity planning.
  • Proficient in using JIRA, JIRA Plan, and Smartsheet to support program visibility and execution.
  • Strong advocate for agile principles, with hands-on experience advancing agile practices across teams.
  • Effective in resolving impediments and providing clear, concise status reporting at various organizational levels.
  • Experienced in coordinating multi-team communication to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure synchronized delivery toward shared program goals.
