A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the successful technical integration of its solutions with customers' Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the technical integration process with EHR systems and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
Test integrations, manage deployment project plans, and document integration requirements and processes
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering & Support teams to optimize integration processes and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
6+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience within healthcare SaaS
4+ years of technical program or project management experience
Strong knowledge of APIs and healthcare data standards
Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS solutions
Strong clinical background with an understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
