Attend and run grassroots events as needed Other projects and tasks as needed to assist the Gym Director You must have : Experience training, mentoring, or supervising staff Previous responsibility for managing teams or leading programs Youre totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5s. As a Program Director, you'll play a key role in helping to open our new Savannah location and deliver an incredible experience for kids and their families while leading our team and gym culture. You'll work with kids ages 4 months - 12 years and their families as well as train and mentor other team members, ensuring that they grow and thrive in their roles.
