Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and operational initiatives

Develop project plans, timelines, and roadmaps aligned to business and technical priorities

Manage budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables while facilitating alignment between stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Strong experience managing complex technical programs in an IT organization

Background delivering projects in enterprise systems, infrastructure, or IT operations

Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

Experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional workstreams

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, and hybrid delivery models
