Job description
🚨 Hiring: Program Management Director | Florida | Remote + Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Director for a long-term consulting opportunity supporting a major government program in *Florida.

📍 Location: Florida
🏠 Work Arrangement: Remote with some onsite work in Tallahassee, FL
⚠️ Candidates must currently be located in Florida

Key Responsibilities
- Advise executive leadership on *federal funding, regulatory compliance, cost allocation, and technology modernization*
- Lead development and submission of *federal planning documents, funding requests, budgets, reports, and schedules*
- Coordinate with federal/state stakeholders, IT, finance, procurement, vendors, and project teams
- Review contracts, procurement activities, amendments, and funding requests for compliance
- Develop and maintain *cost allocation methodologies*
- Perform business process assessments, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and future-state recommendations
- Analyze federal regulations, legislation, policy guidance, and audit findings
- Identify financial, operational, compliance, procurement, and project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support business transformation and technology modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in *Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field*, or equivalent work experience
✅ Project Management certification – Required
✅ Strong knowledge of *federal funding requirements, cost allocation, regulatory compliance, and federal reporting*
✅ Experience preparing complex funding requests, budgets, compliance reports, and executive briefings
✅ Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
✅ Government program and technology modernization experience strongly preferred
