The goal is to provide quality supports and services to all youth within the program and to ensure the highest quality of care and safety for the children and staff./ppHours of Program Manager: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed/ph3Essential Duties of Program Manager/h3pKey duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliWorking closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Residential as well as other program leadership to ensure appropriate day-to-day operations of the residence and residential program overall/liliUnderstand, reinforce, role-model and consistently use all Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and techniques/liliAlways ensure appropriate supervision to all residents and staff to optimize safety/liliDevelop and maintain staffing schedules and appropriate staffing ratios/liliParticipate actively in all aspects of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of Assistant Program Managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other residential staff as needed/liliConsistently monitor staff performance of all staff providing feedback, instruction, support, modeling, and/or corrective action as needed/liliHave advanced knowledge of crisis assessment intervention, and be available to staff as needed during emergency situations/liliAssist in monitoring budget and spending, including petty cash, to ensure the best use of resources to meet program needs/liliResponsible for assessing the individual needs of each resident, assessing group dynamics and providing therapeutic support to each child or group of children to ensure safe delivery of services as well as structured programming for the residence./liliAssure that all required documentation remains updated, available and all staff are actively provided with training to ensure accurate information guides treatment./liliWork collaboratively with Clinicians, Behaviorists, Recreation therapists, Trainers, Administrative departments etc. to support the needs of the children and staff/liliSupports overall strategic plan of the organization/liliAbility to adhere to our organizations core values and commitments/li/ulh3Essential Qualifications of Program Manager/h3pKey qualifications include:/pulliHigh School diploma with 3+ years direct support experience w/children or adults with developmental or behavioral disabilities/lili2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience/liliStrong oral and written communication skills/liliMust always model professionalism and be able to keep composure during crisis/liliAbility to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team/liliAbility to access and utilize ADP app on smartphone or other device for access to our agency programs./li/ulh3Benefits Of Program Manager/h3ulliGenerous PTO, 4 weeks of vacation, floating holidays, holidays, personal and sick time/liliHealth Insurance/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Benefits/lili401(k) Employer Contributions/liliTuition Reimbursement/liliFlex Spending Accounts/liliEmployer Paid STD, LTD and Life Insurance/liliProfessional Development/li/ulh3Physical/Travel Requirements/h3pMust have ability to reach, walk, sit, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 30lbs independently.
