Radiology Technologist – Ambulatory Care (Variety of Locations & Shifts)
PeaceHealth is hiring a Radiology Technologist who enjoys variety in their workday—different clinic locations, different shifts, and a fast-moving outpatient environment—without the pace or pressures of a hospital setting.
This is a full-time (0.95 FTE), variable position supporting ambulatory clinics across the Eugene/Springfield area. If you like mixing up your routine, staying flexible, and building connections with clinic teams and patients, this role offers exactly that.
Pay Range: $40.11 – $60.17/hour
Hiring rate depends on education, training, experience, and applicable agreements.

What You’ll Do
- Perform standard x-ray exams
- Adapt exams to meet patient needs while ensuring comfort and safety
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for daily procedures
- Review patient history, prior imaging, and provider orders to ensure the right exam is performed
- Educate patients before and after their exam
- Apply ALARA principles and follow infection control and radiation safety standards
- Support clinic operations with light clerical and workflow organization as needed
- Provide training or education to staff and students when applicable
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Experience
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work with patients across all age groups
- Venipuncture competency
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS
Credentials
- ARRT (Radiography) – required within 6 months of hire
- Oregon Radiologic Technologist license through Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI temporary license accepted while awaiting certification)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
