Key Details:
Position Title: Customer Success Manager – Data Center
Employment Type: Direct Hire | W2 | Full-Time
Compensation: Up to ~$180K Base
Locations:
  • Abilene, TX (On-Site Presence)
  • East Coast (Remote)
  • West Coast (Remote)
Key Overview:
We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to support large-scale, mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects. This role is focused on driving successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing performance of a technology-driven solution within complex project environments.
This is a highly client-facing role where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring project success, user adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Construction project management, program management, or customer success
    • Mission-critical environments (data centers, large-scale infrastructure, etc.)
  • Strong experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or project teams
  • Ability to translate technical or operational workflows into actionable solutions
  • Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple stakeholder levels
Key Skills:
  • Background in mission-critical construction (data centers, hyperscale, etc.)
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Superintendent
  • Exposure to technology platforms, SaaS tools, or construction tech
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from project data
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environments
Additional Details:
  • Abilene, TX Role:
    • Must be willing to spend significant time on-site supporting a key customer
    • Ideal candidates located nearby or open to frequent travel to the area
  • Remote Roles (East/Central/West):
    • Approximately 80% travel to client sites
    • Ideal for candidates who enjoy a highly dynamic, field-facing role
