Locations: - Abilene, TX (On-Site Presence)
- East Coast (Remote)
- West Coast (Remote)
Key Overview: We are seeking experienced
Customer Success Managers to support large-scale, mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects. This role is focused on driving successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing performance of a technology-driven solution within complex project environments.
This is a highly client-facing role where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring project success, user adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in:
- Construction project management, program management, or customer success
- Mission-critical environments (data centers, large-scale infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or project teams
- Ability to translate technical or operational workflows into actionable solutions
- Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple stakeholder levels
Key Skills: - Background in mission-critical construction (data centers, hyperscale, etc.)
- Experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Superintendent
- Exposure to technology platforms, SaaS tools, or construction tech
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from project data
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environments
Additional Details: - Abilene, TX Role:
- Must be willing to spend significant time on-site supporting a key customer
- Ideal candidates located nearby or open to frequent travel to the area
- Remote Roles (East/Central/West):
- Approximately 80% travel to client sites
- Ideal for candidates who enjoy a highly dynamic, field-facing role
