A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager to drive consistency and operational excellence across its technology and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage standardized engineering delivery processes and technical governance across technology teams

Maintain visibility across the technology portfolio, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps

Facilitate coordination between engineering and product teams to enable seamless execution from planning through release

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in technology program management or engineering operations

Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional technology programs

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices

Strong experience with release management and coordinating multi-team releases

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
