Job description

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products and services meet company standards and customer expectations

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues during product development and production

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality and performance

- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records

- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met for purchased materials and components

- Participate in customer meetings and provide support for quality-related inquiries and concerns

- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control and make necessary updates to company processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the oil and gas industry

- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures

- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
