Do you love chatting with people and want a part-time job that works around your schedule? Our State Farm agency is seeking a part-time telemarketer to help us connect with potential customers, gather key information, and schedule appointments for our licensed team members.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and email potential customers to introduce our services (auto, home, renters, life, health, etc.).
  • Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
  • Staying informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Live-transfer customers ready for an immediate quote to licensed team members.
  • Schedule appointments for customers who prefer follow-up at a later time.
  • Gather essential information (e.g., current coverage, contact details) to include in appointments for our licensed agents—making the process smooth for both the customer and agent.
  • Accurately document calls and communications, helping us make the most impact while being as efficient as possible.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
About You:


  • No experience? No problem! We’ll train you on everything you need to know, including our products and how to make the most of each interaction.
  • Outgoing and confident, with excellent communication skills—you’re great at building rapport with new people through a variety of avenues (text, email, phone calls, and video chats).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle gathering customer information, live transfers, making account notes, and appointment setting with ease.
  • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and goal-driven, eager to support the team’s success and growth.
  • Ability to handle rejection in stride while keeping a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Respectful to everyone - our agency encourages diversity and inclusion.
