Pay Rate: $22.00–$24/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
What’s a typical day as a Quality Test Technician? You’ll be:
- Inspecting incoming products and components to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Using precision measuring tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, gauges, and Keyence inspection equipment
- Recording inspection results and identifying nonconforming materials
- Supporting non-conformance reporting and working with Quality and Engineering to address quality issues
- Performing electrical and functional testing on capacitor assemblies and related components
- Conducting testing for capacitance, Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), and Direct Current Leakage (DCL)
- Supporting long-term reliability testing, including thermal exposure, vibration, and voltage surge testing
- Performing customer-specific screening of finished assemblies
- Monitoring production processes and completing in-process quality inspections
- Identifying potential quality concerns and working with production teams to support corrective actions
- Maintaining accurate inspection, testing, and quality documentation
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Have experience with receiving inspection, in-process inspection, or product testing
- Are comfortable using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Have experience reading and following inspection plans, procedures, and product specifications
- Have strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills
- Are organized and able to manage multiple inspection and testing priorities
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Have familiarity with quality systems or manufacturing environments operating under ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards
- Hold a high school diploma, trade school credential, or associate degree in a related technical field
