Prepare title commitments and price commitments, endorsements, and policies

Conduct training for team members and participate in business development activities

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in conducting searches of public records and examining titles

Proficient in using Ultima, word processing, spreadsheets, and other relevant software

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents

Strong mathematical skills, including probability and statistical inference

Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
