Aerospace Instructor (Electrical, Mechanical, Seal, EHS)
Location Options : Everett, Renton, North Boeing Field, Auburn, WA
Schedule : Full-Time | 40-43 hours / week
Shifts Available : 1st Shift : 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM (±1 hour flexibility)
Travel : Up to 25%, approximately 1 week per month, mileage reimbursed
Pay : $32 / hr.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Aerospace Instructors to support technical training programs within a high-performance aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on instruction across multiple aerospace disciplines, ensuring workforce readiness, safety compliance, and technical excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with strong aerospace technical backgrounds who are passionate about training, mentoring, and developing skilled talent. Military veterans with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led training on aerospace systems, tools, and processesProvide hands-on demonstrations and real-time technical guidanceEvaluate trainee performance and ensure comprehension of course materialMaintain adherence to safety protocols and operational standardsSupport multiple training sites as needed (travel required)Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure training accuracyStand and instruct for extended periods throughout the workday
