Job Description

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Instructor Training Manager who will be responsible for the onboarding and training of Lincoln Tech's faculty. This role includes developing a scalable and comprehensive training program and platform for all new and existing faculty and identify opportunities for ongoing faculty development.

Key Qualifications:

Strong mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills, preferably in a vocational setting.
Ability to develop and innovate educational content and deliver it effectively in workshop settings.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Master's degree a plus)

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable training program to span across all campuses that embodies multiple methods of training (in-person, synchronous, asynchronous).
Develop, update, and refine content and tools for training to align with industry standards.
Utilize and adapt workshops for faculty development days.
Create an assessment methodology to calculate the effectiveness of training and identify skill gaps in current instructors.
Communicate with campus leadership on training needs and coordinate priorities.
Conduct training meetings with Directors of Education, Education Supervisors, and Instructors.
Develop and manage a training calendar that coincides with academic starts and new instructor hires.
Understand and integrate skills related to technology, as well as specific trades, into educational content and training models.
Review faculty development progress using team metrics with the VP of Academic Delivery.
Maintain and build relationships with instructors.
Incorporate feedback and new ideas into training materials.

Additional Requirements

Comfortable with frequent travel and capable of working effectively both remotely and in person.
Ability to interpret and manipulate key statistics related to educational outcomes.
Have a strong, demonstrated customer-service orientation and commitment to quality.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Proven experience with training in a group setting at a corporate level
