This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes and improving total lifecycle support through well?structured instruction, curriculum development, and continuous improvement. The specialist ensures personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to sustain high?quality operations across maintenance, logistics, technology integration, and other evolving support areas.

Responsibilities The Training Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and conducting technical and professional training programs that support integrated product support services (IPSS) objectives. This includes designing course materials, developing lesson plans, and delivering instruction using a variety of methods such as classroom training, on?the?job instruction, multimedia learning, simulators, and distance learning platforms.
