Sr. Director Digital Experience
The Sr. Director Digital Experience leads and evolves Myriad's digital platforms across the full lifecycle of patients, providers, and partners. This role owns the customer and patient portal ecosystems, EMR / EHR integrations, and leads a cross-functional UX team. They are responsible for leading the team that develops the requirements for seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences for the clinician, patient and the health systems across all of Myriad's business units. This leader works closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales, and Compliance teams to translate business and user needs into best-in-class digital experiences that scale.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Own and evolve the vision, roadmap, and execution for Myriad's patient and provider digital experiences, including portals and integrated solutions.
- Ensure that portal and integration initiatives support key business objectives, regulatory compliance, and usability standards.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for user-centered design and accessibility across the enterprise.
- Align digital strategy with company goals around engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
