As the primary point of contact for students, you will ensure test integrity, manage classroom logistics, and assist instructors during lab sessions. Electronic Test Monitor. Pay & Compensation
- Base Rate: $23.00 / hour
- Overtime Rate: $34.50 / hour
Shifts: Candidates must be flexible to work all three shifts as needed.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Mileage Reimbursement for qualifying commutes: $0.70 per mile
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions, delivering excellent customer service and remaining responsive to client requests.
- Check in participants, enforce testing guidelines and compliance standards, perform pre-requisite/pre-work checks, and maintain a secure testing environment.
- Maintain testing area schedules, manage equipment, replenish supplies, and perform post-session room cleanups.
- Support classroom instructors as needed, including distributing materials, guiding students through basic computer setups/logins, and enforcing lab safety.
- Monitor area risks/constraints, escalate issues promptly, and provide regular status updates (weekly or as needed) to the Delivery Services Manager.
- Stay up to date on required content and compliance standards across assigned subject areas.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
