Job Summary

The Project Manager, End User, is a highly skilled program / project leader who leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion. They have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving project coordination, rollout activities, and internal alignment across sales, operations, and service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in client relationship management and project delivery within a high-visibility, fast-paced customer environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Sr. Project Manager of Operations.

The End-User Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of End-User / Organic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Work Environment

The work is performed in various locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, refineries and hospital settings. Employees may work with co-workers’ side-by-side with a moderate level of activity being performed. Exposure to high voltage AC / DC power is very common in many work environments. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.

Salary Range

The pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Employees may be eligible for additional incentive pay.
