As a User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert, you will be part of the Design and User Experience department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
- Design and develop software interfaces for advisor services platforms, primarily desktop and responsive mobile environments.
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation to gather diverse perspectives.
- Lead design reviews, drive decision-making processes, and ensure design consistency across projects.
- Create detailed design solutions considering all aspects of the advisor and end-user experience.
- Translate established patterns and design systems into high-quality deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
What's Needed?
- Expertise in foundational UX principles and best practices.
- Experience executing high-fidelity designs and creating comprehensive documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Strong ability to visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills to set expectations, prioritize activities, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting research efforts and continuous process improvement.
