User-Centered Design & Research. Plan and lead discovery (interviews, workflow observations, surveys) and usability testing; define research goals, scripts, and success criteria. Apply systems thinking and empathy-driven design to optimize complex healthcare workflows across roles, channels, and devices. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into experience principles, prioritized opportunities, and measurable design recommendations. Prototyping & Interaction Design. Create concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes (, AI tools, Figma) to explore solutions, de-risk decisions, and accelerate delivery.
